We reserve the rights to update these Terms in the future and we will notify you of what changed when we update so. You have the right to withdraw from this agreement and cancel your account if you cannot abide by such updates. You may always find the most current version of this agreement at http://www.pixily.com/c/terms-of-service. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, do not select "I agree" and refrain from using Pixily goods. You must accept these terms as presented to you. Changes, deletions and any modifications from you are not acceptable and Pixily reserves the right to refuse access to Pixily goods if Pixily finds you non-compliant with any part of this agreement.

In order to use Pixily services, you will be required to provide accurate and current identification and/or mailing addresses as part of the account enrollment process and continued use of Pixily services.
You are responsible for maintaining the privacy of your account login details and are responsible for all the actions under your account.
You agree to notify Pixily immediately if you are aware of any unauthorized use of your account and breach of security. Pixily will not be responsible for any loss or damages if you fail to maintain the confidentiality of your account or provide us with accurate notification of such unauthorized use.
Pixily assumes that you have the fair rights of use or ownership for all the documents and files mailed or uploaded by you.
Pixily allows you to share your document with others. If you do so, Pixily does not assume responsibility for any copyright violations arising from your sharing of those documents. Pixily is also not responsible if the users who access those shared documents fail to protect the confidentiality of your information.
When you share documents, the users receive an email. You must not use this feature to spam others with unsolicited emails.
If you choose to use the "mail-in" services offered by Pixily, you must provide accurate address information so that Pixily envelopes and your documents returned from Pixily can reach you.
Any documents mailed by you in envelopes other than the ones sanctioned by Pixily may not be digitized, added to your account, or returned back to you.
If you mail any envelopes containing documents after you have terminated this agreement, contents of those envelopes will not be digitized.
USPS is Pixily's carrier of choice and Pixily does not make any guarantees whatsoever regarding the shipping time, arrival time, delivery time or processing times. Under normal load circumstances Pixily will digitize and upload the documents we receive within two working days. Pixily does not guarantee this turnaround time as our load may vary due to extraordinary circumstances. Pixily does not assume any liability for damage or loss or any inconvenience from envelopes lost or delayed in shipping. Pixily encourages you to keep copies of any documents that you consider important or send us only photocopies of those documents.
Pixily requires you to remove the staples in documents before you mail them. Pixily will do its best to handle documents that are stapled. Pixily does not assume responsibility for any damages as a stapled document is prepared for scanning.
You may cancel your account anytime by sending an email to support@pixily.com. When you cancel, you will be given an opportunity in a time window to download all the documents currently available in your account. It is your responsibility to download all those documents within that time period. Those documents will not be accessible to you after that time period and Pixily does not assume responsibility if you fail to take the necessary steps to retain your documents.
Pixily will do its best to digitize the information you mailed in or uploaded.
Information extraction from paper documents is not guaranteed to be 100% accurate as this largely depends on the paper quality, contrast between printed character and background color, formatting and typography. Specifically, hand-written documents are not supported yet.
Any documents that were mailed or uploaded by you to Pixily that cannot be processed because of their quality or format may not be accessible to you.
Pixily grants you a non- transferable, non-exclusive license to use the goods offered, created, owned by Pixily and/or its sub-licensors solely for internal use by your business or for your own personal use. You may not copy, reverse engineer, translate, port, modify or make derivative works of the goods. You may not rent, disclose, publish, sell, assign, lease, sublicense, market, or transfer the goods or use them in any manner not expressly authorized by this Agreement. You shall not derive or attempt to derive the source code, source files or structure of all or any portion of the goods by reverse engineering, disassembly, decompilation or any other means. The goods are copyrighted and may not be copied, even if modified or merged with other goods. You shall not alter or remove any copyright notice or proprietary legend contained in or on the goods. You agree not to remove any proprietary rights notices of Pixily and/or its licensors from the goods.
Pixily reserves any rights not expressly granted herein.
The goods do not include the design or layout of the web pages generated by this server. Elements of these web pages are protected by trade dress and other laws and may not be copied or imitated in whole or in part. No logo, graphic, sound or image from any of the web pages generated by this server may be copied or retransmitted unless expressly permitted by Pixily.
The goods are copyrighted and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published, uploaded, posted, or distributed in any way, without Pixily's prior written consent. Except as expressly provided herein, Pixily does not grant any express or implied right to you under any copyrights, trademarks, patents or trade secret information.
Any documents /files you uploaded or mailed belongs to you and you are deemed responsible for any actions you take on them.
Gift certificates are non-refundable. There are no refunds or other credits for unredeemed Gift Subscriptions. Recipient will not be charged monthly membership fees during the Gift Subscription period for the Pixily plan selected at the time of redemption. A valid payment method is required to redeem the membership and Recipient authorizes Pixily to charge any outstanding balances, as provided in the Pixily Terms of Use. At the end of the Gift Subscription period, Recipient authorizes Pixily to automatically renew the membership and bill Recipient’s payment method monthly for subscription fees and applicable tax unless Recipient cancels prior to the end of the Gift Subscription period. Although the membership is cancelable at anytime, there is no refund or credit for partially used periods. Recipient can click on the "Account" link for cancellation instructions. The Gift Subscription is redeemable for a consecutive-month membership of the Pixily plan selected at the time of redemption, and cannot be redeemed or used in any other manner. Pixily is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Subscriptions, except as required by law. Gift Subscriptions are valid in the 50 United States and its territories and possessions only. Gift Subscriptions are not redeemable or refundable for cash, cannot be resold and cannot be combined with any other special or free offers, including other Gift Subscriptions and Gift Cards. Gift Subscriptions and their use are subject to the Pixily Terms of Use.
Pixily does not assume the responsibility of enforcing licensing requirements, or of checking for licenses, with respect to licensed professions or trades, prior to publishing advertisements.
