How does the mail-in scan to PDF service work?

When you sign-up with Pixily, you receive pre-paid envelopes in the mail along with instructions on what kind of documents you can send. You then collect the paper documents in the envelope and mail them to us at least one a month. Once we receive the documents, we scan them to PDFs and notify you of their availability in your account. You can search, view, share and download these documents.

What happens to my paper documents after Pixily processes them?

All paper documents are mailed back to you after they have been processed. We will be introducing a secure recycle service soon and you will be given the option to choose between the two options.

How many pages can I send in each envelope?

The number of sheets of paper (2 pages per sheet) that you can send in each envelope depends on the plan you subscribe to. Refer to Pixily pricing plans for more information.

What kind of documents can I upload?

You can upload Acrobat PDF and Microsoft Office 2003 word, excel and powerpoint documents
